Cranberry Chicken Dinner

4 chicken breasts (depending on the size. Some of those mongo Costco ones only need two).

1 package of Lipton Onion Soup Mix

1 Can Cranberries

1 small bottle of Russian Dressing.

Mix everything together so that each breast is equally coated with the cranberry sauce.

This can be frozen for a later meal, or baked at 375 for one hour in a baking dish. (cook with foil for 50 minutes and uncovered for ten)

Voila! Juicy and scrumptious!

THANK YOU Kari, or Lucy...Whoever wants to take credit...LOL

Snickers Salad (Tastes like Caramel Apples)

6 Granny Smith apples (or any other sour apples). You can use any kind of apples you would like, or whatever is on sale, but IMO the sour ones are best in this dish :)

Peel (or not, it's up to you) the apples and cut into bite sized chunks. Soak in some sort of lemon lime soft drink (Sprite, 7-up, Sierra Mist etc.) This keeps them from browning.

Take 6 frozen snickers bars and smash with a hammer or other hard object. (I suggest using a strong zip lock). You can also use unfrozen and but them into chunks with a sturdy knife.

Think about someone you don't like and whack away.

Drain apples. Stir apples, crushed snickers and large tub of Cool Whip (or if you are cheap like me, the store brand) til combined.
Top with extra Cool Whip and a few pieces of snicker bar.

Enjoy!!!
